The client has send some e mails to the manager, but they where never received by the manager, what went wrong?

We assume you have checked the mail connections and they are ok. We assume that you have personally checked if and when the mail was send to the manager. We assume that you have personally checked the mail server at the manager site and the mail is not in the inbox at the mail server.
Then the mail is still on it''s way or maybe jammed at the mail server. Contact the administrator to find a solution.
