Check the mail server settings first, maybe something has been changed in the network. And please: never use two managers on one email account!! Check on the mail server if emails for
KYOcount are marked as 'read', in that case change to 'unread'. Check if
KYOcount emails are forwarded (it is not important why they are forwarded), you can see that by the 'FW:' in front of the email subject. In case emails are forwarded and not read by the manager, update to the latest build of
KYOcount to solve this issue.
If this is not the case it is best to look in the
KYOcount Windows event log and in the application event log for details. You will find these log-files in the event viewer of computer management. In case of the application log look for items in the source
KYOcountService and MsiInstaller for errors. Based on the details given here you can take appropriate actions.
