A local collect schedule is only for the data storage, reporting and exporting at the client side. An outgoing e-mail schedule is for the data storage, reporting and exporting at the manager´s side. Before the client is e-mailingout a 'System Counter Report' it will make a local collect, so that data is also used at the client side.
The schedules determine the frequency or density of data collection from the devices. If you want the density of the data at the manager´s side once a week, you have to set up an e-mail schedule for one time a week. With a density of once a week you can create reports with a weekly interval. Example: When you make a local collect for Monday, Wednesday and Friday, on top of that an e-mail schedule for Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday you will have a local density of one day (you collect the data 6 times a week) and a density at the manager´s side of two days (you e-mail 3 times a week).
