Take a look in your processes of the Windows Task Manager - If 'Spoolsv.exe' is causing a high CPU load there is a problem with your printer driver installation. It is possible that

too many drivers have been installed on your system or
different versions of the same driver has been installed or
that installations have been interrupted or got corrupted.

Remove all printer drivers, orphan files, OEM files with the Kyocera Deleter Tool. Remove the registry entries (after you have made a backup of these files). You can leave the ports untouched. After removal, re-install only the drivers you need and the KYOsolutions you need.
