I have the following warning in the Windows event log: "Description: FileSourceManager: Deleted actual c:\program files\kyocera\kyocount\BaseDirectory\Values\ValuesMonthly.xml file (too small) using backup. What is wrong?

Most likely you will see warnings about the Valuesweekly.xml and Valuesdaily.xml file as well. Anyway, it is possible that you have done a setup on a new system (see related question) and forgot to copy the Value-folder from the old to the new system. A second, less likely, possibility is that the e-mails from the mail server were processed in the wrong order. This can happen when the manager is not yet configured to collect mail, and the e-mails from the clients are accumulating on the mail server.
