How can I print the Euro symbol and the “Umlaut” with windows? |

Even though windows displays it correctly, the printer does not support the use of the Umlaut and the Euro Symbol.
Please follow the steps for the different drivers:
KX-driver: 1. Select printer properties 2. Go to “Imaging” 3. Select the Option “Load True Type as Bitmap-font” 4. Select the “Device Settings” tab 5. Go to “PDL” 6. Click on the emulation “PCL5e”
Classic PCL driver for Windows 2000/NT4: 1. Select printer properties 2. Got to “Expand” 3. Select the option “Graphic / True Type as Bitmap font: Download as soft font into the printer Or Select PCL+ driver (for Windows NT4)
Classic driver for Windows 9x: 1. Select printer properties 2. Go to “Graphic” 3. Click on the option “Send True Type as Bitmap” Or click on the option “Graphic Mode: PCL+”
