How can I avoid the wrong selection of paper source on FS-7000+ and FS-9000?

When users attempt to select the input source from their printer driver (or application) using the input source name (Cassette 1, Manual etc.) and paper is sometimes taken from the wrong bin.

Both the FS-7000+ and FS-9000 support new advanced functionality that allows the paper type (Letterhead, Plain etc.) to be used as the named input source (Cassette 1, Manual etc.) this allows users to print to ‘Headed paper’ or ‘Plain A4’ rather than ‘Cassette 1’ or ‘Cassette2’. All input sources are initially set to 'Plain' and selection by paper type is effectively disabled.

Once the printer has had any input sources assigned to a paper type other than 'Plain' (via the printer control panel) selection by paper type is enabled. Once enabled, all users MUST select the input source by paper type (Letterhead, Plain etc.) and NOT by input source name (Cassette 1, Manual).
Paper types appear further down in the list of options within the 'Paper Source' selection box in the driver (or application software).

For users to select their paper source by input source name (Cassette 1, Manual), the printer must be returned to its default setting. All paper types are set to 'Plain' (set via the printer control panel) effectively disabling selection by paper type.
Where selection by paper type is desired, ALL users need to be informed to select input source by the paper types. This is found further down the list of options to choose from in their printer driver (or application software).
