After the manager has collected the mails from the server, all emails are gone: why?

This can happen when the manager shares an account on the mail server with a normal user, you for example. The most likely case is then that the 'Delete all Mail after processing' box in the manager incoming mail configuration has been checked. Uncheck this box and only Kyocount messages will be deleted.
