- Please follow this procedure:
Remove all printer drivers with our printer deleter tool.
Reboot operating system.
When Windows finds the printer, cancel.
Send the following string to the printer, for example via the browser: '!R! FRPOO0,0; EXIT;'
Switch the printer off and on again
Reboot the computer
Windows will not find the printer again. Install the printer driver from CD.
