The new A4 mono multifunctional devices from KYOCERA are based on the successful FS-1300D and FS-1350DN ECOSYS Laser printers. The FS-1128MFP offers print, copy, colour scan and fax functionalities as standard, while customers who do not require fax functionality, will benefit from the FS-1028MFP and FS-1028MFP DP. Companies, public authorities, law firms, medical practices and hotels can therefore save space around their workstations by bundling individual devices into one compact, multifunctional product.
Compared to the previous FS-1118MFP, the new multifunctional devices offer exceptional performance with a significantly higher printing speed of up to 28 pages per minute. Duplex printing, a powerful 667 MHz controller and 256 MB standard memory also help to improve productivity. When scanning, users can send documents directly to folder, PC, e-mail or even a USB stick at speeds of up to 28 pages per minute. The new duplex document feed turns the paper over automatically, thus simplifying the process of scanning, copying and faxing double-sided documents. In addition, the multi-access function enables different jobs to be processed at the same time. The control panel has also been redesigned in order to offer straightforward access to the professional functionalities, making the devices easier to use.
Secure and environmentally-friendly
SSL encryption and the support of LDAP authentication provide the required level of security, preventing unauthorised access to functionalities or data sent via the network. In addition, the USB Host Interface allows printing documents directly from a USB stick without even using a PC.
The FS-1028MFP, FS-1028MFP DP and FS-1128MFP are based on tried-and-tested KYOCERA ECOSYS technology, which is designed to protect the environment. Indeed the toner is the only item which needs to be replaced. The products are also supplied with the duplex function as standard, which, when used consistently, can considerably reduce paper use. This enables users to save money whilst protecting the environment.
