| December 14, 2007 Kyocera Mita has entered into an agreement with Microsoft Corporation for the Microsoft Windows Rally program. Taking advantage of this technology, Kyocera Mita will launch a series of printers and digital multifunctional products (MFPs) featuring advanced connectivity with Windows Vista. |

The Windows Rally program is one of the technical programs offered by Microsoft since Windows Vista has been launched. Technologies which are provided under this program enhance printers and digital MFPs to easily establish a reliable and highly secured connection with PCs running Windows Vista in a network environment. It also elevates user‘s convenience by enabling them to check the status of network connected printers and digital MFPs.
Kyocera Mita with the Windows Rally program will enhance the connectivity of its product with Windows through the development of printers and digital MFPs.
