The KM-2560 / KM-3060 is designed for easy and intuitive use. A user-friendly LCD colour touch panel helps users by displaying related menu options on the same screen. Documents saved on the hard disk can be retrieved, by simply viewing colour thumbnails and previews on the colour panel. In addition, the panel can be adjusted to pre-set angles for comfortable operation from all levels. The device also has a compact design and is easy to access. For example, the paper cassettes feature easy-to-pull grips, ensuring all users can open it effortlessly.
The KM-2560 / KM-3060 features 25 / 30 page-per-minute duplex print and copy in A4 monochrome respectively and duplex colour scanning as standard. Fax and internet fax is offered as an optional feature. The MFP also offers several sending options; scans can be sent to multiple recipients at the same time via scan-to-email or scan-to-FTP. With an integrated address book that holds up to 2,000 addresses, a long list of people can be sent documents from the MFP.
A useful function is PDF direct printing via a USB memory stick, which allows users to print documents without needing a PC. Advanced security options are also available such as a data security kit and PDF encryption.
